Terms of Service

Crawlnote is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Crawlnote. They supplement our general Terms of Service, which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Crawlnote. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

What you buy

Crawlnote: a free online tool that checks a website's llms.txt file against the llmstxt.org format and generates an llms.txt file from the first 25 pages of a website. A full-site version ($19 one-time) is announced but not on sale yet.

Check results and generated files appear in your browser as soon as Crawlnote has read the site, usually within a minute. Nothing is emailed, except the single note you can ask for when full-site generation opens.

Crawlnote is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown before purchase. Digital purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: for those purchases, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record. Link collects payment and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt, and offers order and payment support, and the terms shown at checkout also apply to your purchase. Where checkout does not show Link as the seller, Stripe processes the payment for us and we are the seller. Either way, we provide the product, and these Terms govern the product itself.

Refunds

Nothing is sold yet: the checker and the 25-page generator are free. When full-site generation goes on sale, its refund terms will be shown here and on the page before purchase.

To ask for a refund, contact us (below) with the email address used at checkout. For purchases sold through Link you can also ask Link support, which may issue refunds under its own policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

• Crawlnote reads only public pages of the site you name, obeys that site's robots.txt and fetches at most 25 pages and 25 links per run. Only run it on sites you own or are allowed to check.
• Generated files are drafts built from the titles and descriptions your pages publish. Review them before you upload them.
• Support for llms.txt varies between services. We make no promise that any service reads the file, or of any ranking or traffic outcome.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Crawlnote lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Crawlnote to you. While you have access, you may use Crawlnote for your own business, and the documents and data you create with it remain yours. This website, the software and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Crawlnote is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Crawlnote or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Crawlnote in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
